I’ve used them for soup, cooked meats with broth added, uncooked meatloaf (that I can just thaw and bake), and other ingredients for quick meal prep. Convenient and compact for batch cooking and leftovers. Just pop out when frozen and put in a zip lock bag. They are sturdy and I like the silicone lid as opposed to a rigid lid that can over time crack or break from using in the freezer. Love them!
