My daughter recommended this product to me. I buy heavy cream in large containers then freeze in random containers until I am ready to use it. Random containers take a lot of room in the freezer. with this product, my portions are uniform in size and after I freeze the liquid, the portions are wrapped individually and store in the freezer in a neat space-saving area. The trays are easy open and 4 1-cup cubes – perfect for the cream I freeze and keeps the portions uniform. I also do the same with the broth that I strain off the meats I cook, so I have it to use in soups, gravies, etc. Fantastic product.

I like that the silicon top fits tight – particularly since I might not move to permanent freezer container right away 🙂 – and the metal stablizer around the unit so that the sections don’t budge into another is a plus. Also the 4 lateral sections make a better fit than 2×2 at least in my fridge. Finally though haven’t tried looking forward to baking. So all round I found this to be great feature, function – price purchase.
