I was looking for a good replacement for ziploc bags and decided on these based on reviews and price. The silicone seems to be high quality and feels thick. The bags are easy to seal and the groves meet up and go together nicely, not smooth like a plastic one but you can’t expect them to feel the same since it’s silicone and not plastic. These really are best for dry things, like dried fruit, cheese, veggies, etc. While they seal nicely they ARE NOT air tight or spill proof (nor are they advertised as such). You can easily squeeze air from a sealed bag. I wish they had more larger sizes as most of the things I want to store in them are too big (like a brick of cheese). They stand up great when filling them and wash well in a dishwasher. I have not tried to microwave them but am confident they would do well in it. My reasons for docking a star are because the sizes are limited and I wish they would seal completely. Overall they have been a good start to replacing ziploc bags in my home

I have been replacing many of my kitchen items with silicone. In comparison to the other silicone products that I have bought, these are very high quality. The zipper closures are well designed and achieve a tight seal. The flat bottoms are an excellent idea and make these containers much more functional. I’ve been using them for carrots and celery in water and the seal has been tight. Some of my recent silicone purchases have had a strong chemical smell and these do not which gives me confidence in the purity of their materials. Excellent design and quality materials.
